Digipak Changes After Feedback

Below I have slightly altered the digipak panels and the poster after receiving feedback from my previous layout.

Poster

I have decided on my final poster after having two possible layouts that I may use. I chose this layout because I thought that the information was best suited near the bottom and the title and artist name would be needed somewhere near the top. To this design, I have also added a white background behind the Spotify and Itunes information so that they stand out more. Below is the technique I used to make Ryans jacket in colour and the rest of the image in black and white...

I selected the polygonal lasso tool which allows you to specifically select a certain area of an image like below.

This is Ryans jacket which was cut out using the tool. This was then copied and pasted so that I could put the background image in black and white.

This is the final product

Digipak

Front Panel:
For this panel, I have simply increased the size of both sets of texts which I believe was needed because these two pieces of information are crucial on the front page.

CD Panel:
I was told that I needed to introduce a smaller circle in the middle of the CD disc to make it look more realistic. Someone in my class scanned a cd so I asked them if they could send me the image so that the dimension would be right and I believe that the disc looks much better.

Back Panel:
I was originally happy with the layout of the back panel but I have altered the image a bit more by keeping the colour in all of his jacket rather than just the blue. This has been done due to the feature of red in the background and this suits the panel much more because there is a lot of red in the background.

Side Panel:
For this panel, I have added all of the colour of Ryans jacket which I think is a good change because it fits nicely with the background.
